    WHo am I?

    Hey, I’m Calan, thanks for stopping by!     What is the fear challenge?

    I created the Fear Challenge because I was actually scared of heights. More specifically I had an irrational fear of falling off the CN Tower in Toronto, Canada. I wanted a way to learn HOW to overcome this fear which lead me to developing The Fear Challenge.

    After facing my fear of heights I was able to go bungee jumping (as you see in the photo), skydiving, great white shark diving AND hang gliding (and yes, I have the proof for all of them)!

    Anything is possible when you put your mind to it and learn the techniques I teach in this challenge ('cause that's how I did it).

    In the challenge you will work on ONE specific fear that you want to overcome.

    The challenge is delivered through 5 days of recorded video lessons walking you through each step.

    You can go as fast or as slow as you want but make sure you follow each day's instructions so that you can maximize your results!
